Big Toe Energy is comprehensive deep dive into foot health, strength, and longevity from both a Western and Eastern perspective. Meet Ryan, Creator of Big Toe Energy
Ryan is the founder of Turtle Power Fitness, a holistic wellness company approaching health from multiple perspectives simultaneously. ( www.turtlepower.fitness ) Ryan is a non-binary Qi Gong and Movement Play instructor, Shiatsu Massage Therapist and non-diet, HAES-aligned strength coach who has been coaching since 2018. A lifelong dancer and daily Qi Gong practitioner, Ryan’s movement practice includes strength and conditioning, mobility and breath work, Qi Gong, Contact Improvisation, House Dancing, Movement Play, Capoeira, and the occasional dance performance. You can find Ryan taking classes at different Chicago dance studios, reading at various cafes in Rogers Park or Edgewater, or dancing and performing poetry under the name Zoe Shy on Instagram.
